The following procedures will be applied as necessary to your particular job under normal conditions:
All necessary areas will be protected with drop cloths Areas of bare wood will be primed
Upon completion, paint residue and debris will be cleaned up and taken away. Window seal will be clean.
Covering
Will use paper and painter's tape to mask off moldings, windows, trim, floors and doors.
Sanding
Will scrape all loose and peeling paint to ensure proper adhesion of paint. Sand as needed to promote adhesion.
Caulking
Fill all cracks and gaps around windows, doors, wood joints and seams to prevent wood decay, seal out moisture & drafts of areas to be painted or as specified.
Washing
Power wash all surfaces to be painted on, remove all dirt. Hand clean around windows and doors. (DOES NOT INCLUDE WINDOW GLASS)
